Individuals, groups of 6 or less, 16 years old+, no experience needed. Individuals may be sitting, standing, and/or lifting light items. Available during daytime hours.

Help the staff prepare for the tournament behind the scenes. You’ll get a first look at the latest swag and get yours before everyone else! Tasks include t-shirt rolling and sorting, inventorying equipment, organizing equipment, putting swag bags together. Pre-event prep usually occurs the two days prior to the event in 3-4 hours shifts.

4-6 per day

Individuals with basic basketball knowledge, 16 years old+, must be able to stand through duration of shift. Available 4-8pm.

In this role you may be on the court keeping score for a three point competition (or other competition), collecting score sheets, directing individuals on how to sign up for contests, or other duties centered around our sport court competition areas.

Individuals or groups of any size, 16 years old+, no experience needed, must be able to stand through duration of shift and move quickly to collect basketballs. Available 4-8pm

During our competitions, multiple participants are on the courts at once and we need a large group of volunteers to monitor basketballs and rebound them. This may include resetting basketball racks, restocking bins, handing out, monitoring and collecting basketballs, etc.

24+

Individuals with a knack for customer service, 16 years old+. This role is primarily seated, though getting up to distribute swag bags may be needed. Available 3-7pm

Team check-in is fast paced and the location where all teams must engage prior to tournament play. Troubleshooting with players, coaches and families with any registration issues, handout swag bags, and providing a welcoming and enthusiastic atmosphere.

Individuals who have a strong understanding of basketball and can keep up with the fast pace of the game, 16+ years old. This role can be done seated or standing.

You will be assigned to a court and will work in tandem with the Official also assigned to the court. You will keep score and be sure the Official signs off on the final score at the end of each game.

50+ each day

Individuals strong in troubleshooting and problem solving, 16 years old+, basic basketball knowledge. This requires a significant amount of walking/standing.

Basketball courts are divided into three zones, and a leader is needed for each Zone to communicate concerns, trouble shoot equipment and scoring issues, and overall be the liaison who ensures smooth operation in their zones. An additional Zone Leader is also needed to support the Basketball Operations area to assist with troubleshooting off the courts.

4, one per zone who can volunteer both days of the tournament.

Individuals or small groups who enjoy moving at a fast pace, 16 years old+, no experience necessary. This requires a significant amount of walking/standing.

Score sheet runners will be assigned to courts where they will be responsible for collecting score sheets from each official or score keeper. They will ensure the sheets have the information filled out correctly and then drop them at a central score sheet collection area. The games go quickly, so runners are constantly on the move.

9+ each day

Individuals or pairs who don’t mind getting out of the action and working at a little slower pace. This role will vary between sitting and standing, must feel comfortable lifting/moving moderately sized equipment totes.

Equipment distribution needs ebb and flow through the tournament with a busy start and end to the day. Those in this role will assist officials with ensuring they have all their equipment, resolving any equipment issues, and restocking equipment as needed.

Hands-on activity stations will be available for fans to create art to show their basketball pride. This is a great role for someone who doesn’t mind getting their hands messy with paint or other craft supplies. In addition to helping visitors understand the activity, volunteers in this area will make sure the area stays organized and assist with clean-up as needed.

4-6 per day

Individuals or small groups who can move quickly to deliver water or equipment as needed, 16 years old+, no experience necessary. This requires a significant amount of walking/standing.

These volunteers are ready to deploy at any moment to deliver water to officials, exchange equipment, jump in to deliver score sheets, and more.

6-8 per day

Individuals or smalls groups who don’t mind being out of the action, computer/data entry skills required, 16 years old+. Ideal for business partners looking to volunteer as a team. This is a seated role.
