Neil Monson, along with brother-in-law Peter Imbier, has operated Imbier Monson Farm, in New Braintree, MA, since the 1970's. They purchased their early Brown Swiss in 1983. Over the past several decades, they have exhibited at Local, State and National Shows, exhibiting at The Big E numerous times. Neil and his family have bred many outstanding Brown Swiss, and made available many quality animals as 4-H projects for the past 35 years. His children were also very involved with showing at The Big E and other shows, in addition to helping out on the farm. Neil has always assisted other breeders, area farmers and 4-H and Youth members. He has also served on the Agrimark Board of Directors for many years, and been active in other farm organizations.
