Hello Fellow Cattle Breeders!!
It is with great enthusiasm that The Southern New England Simmental Association invites you to participate in the Something for Everyone All Breeds Cattle Sale to be held on Friday, May 3 at 7pm, in conjunction with The Big East Regional Youth & Jackpot Show at Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield, Mass. We have an extremely organized and motivated group of individuals working on the sale, who are putting forward a great deal of effort and incorporating a variety of new and innovative tools and resources into making this sale a success.
We are looking forward to working with you to help market your animals, and promote the quality cattle produced here in the Northeast. Lots considered will be: • Purebred cattle – open heifers, bred heifers, bred cows, cow/calf pairs, bulls and steers.
*ALL CATTLE SHOULD BE HALTER BROKE*
Click here for health regulations and nomination forms, DEADLINE : February 28, 2013. If your information is not received, the catalog will go to print without information in it. We will do our best to provide updated information on the sale website.
When nominating your selections for the sale, remember they will promote your breeding program and open doors for future sales. So please offer your best and help make this sale a success not only this year but also in years to come. All cattle must be halter broke and fitted for presentation. If you need assistance in finding someone to help you with your fitting and marketing needs, please call one of us listed below. Also, remember, the cattle that will sell the best are the cattle who have been promoted ahead of time. It is not the sole responsibility of the sale volunteers and staff to get your cattle marketed.
